About the role

We are expanding our commercial team with a senior sales leader who understands the nuances of enterprise AI adoption. You will identify and cultivate relationships with decision-makers at FTSE 250 and large private enterprises, positioning Raed Business AI as the trusted partner for discreet, high-impact AI integration.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and handover.
  • Develop and execute account strategies targeting C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
  • Partner with consulting leadership to scope engagements and prepare tailored proposals.
  • Represent the firm at executive roundtables, industry events, and private briefings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
  • Demonstrable track record closing six-figure or multi-year consulting engagements.
  • Established network among UK enterprise leadership or ability to build one rapidly.
  • Exceptional discretion, presentation skills, and commercial acumen.
  • Comfort operating in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment.

Desirable

  • Existing relationships within manufacturing, trade, or financial services sectors.
  • Understanding of AI market dynamics and enterprise adoption challenges.
  • Experience selling to UK-based multinational organisations.
